Lower School Staff Appreciation Luncheon

Registration

• All Day Volunteer 9:00 am to 2:30 pm
• Chairperson - Pre-event coordinator
  This person will coordinate everything before the event.
• Custom Time Volunteer
  If you can't come at the designated times, please pick this option and email Suzanne Delaney at ........ academyso360@gmail.com or call 551-427-0727 to provide your time.
• Day of Coordinator
  This person will be on site all day for the event to coordinate all food, volunteers and staff gifts.
• Day of Volunteer - 9:00am - 11:00am
  Will assist with setting up, serving staff and cleaning up after the event.
• Day of Volunteer 1:00pm - 3:00pm
  Will assist with setting up, serving staff and cleaning up after the event.
• Day of Volunteer 11:00am - 1:00pm
  Will assist with setting up, serving staff and cleaning up after the event.
• May 7th - Day before luncheon - pick up items/deliver to Verona
  This volunteer will pick up the items that have been purchased and BJs and deliver to Verona. This will include cases of water and other drinks as well as food.
  Will need a larger care/minivan and be able to lift items into your car and at the school.
  
  This can be done anytime during the school day and must be coordinated with the Event Chairperson.
• May 8th Day of - Pick up Kosher and Gluten Free meals
  Will travel to two local restaurants to pick up special meals for those with preferences/intolerances.
  
  Will need to be picked up and delivered to Verona by 11:00am.
